Return Policy

Because of the fragile nature of glass products please inspect your glass for in-transit damage and reject it if the glass is damaged.

If you would like to return a product to us, please contact our customer service at (877) 640-2907 or email us at info@glasscab.com.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase. Customers will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Returns will be charged 15% restocking fee. All returned products are subject to inspection prior to issuing a credit.

 

The following policies apply to all returns:

  • All returns require a RGA# which will be issued to you by GlassCab.com. We will also provide you with the return address.
  • RGA# must be clearly written on the packaging.
  • All returns must include the invoice or the delivery slip that came with the glass.
  • All returned glass much be in new, sellable condition.
  • All glass must be returned in the original packaging and contain all parts.
  • Customers are responsible for providing GlassCab.com with the tracking for their return.

 

A credit will be issued after the part is inspected, which is usually within 5-7 business days after the receipt of the product to our warehouse.
