Because of the fragile nature of glass products please inspect your glass for in-transit damage and reject it if the glass is damaged.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase. Customers will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Returns will be charged 15% restocking fee. All returned products are subject to inspection prior to issuing a credit.

A credit will be issued after the part is inspected, which is usually within 5-7 business days after the receipt of the product to our warehouse.
